Judgment

Judgment

(Date of Issuance – Error in the Original Copy of the Judgment – Legal Effect)
The primary reference for establishing the date of issuance of a judgment is the court hearing minutes, which are prepared to record the proceedings. If the original copy of the judgment bears a date that differs from the date recorded in the session minutes in which the judgment was pronounced, this discrepancy is considered a clerical error. Such an error is rectified by the date stated in the official session minutes.
