About the Founder of the Firm

Lawyer Abdullah Muqaibal is the founder of the law firm and has been practicing professionally since the year 2000, with extensive experience in law, administration, police sciences, and commercial law. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Police Sciences (2007) and a Master's degree in Commercial Law from Sultan Qaboos University (2014). He is currently a PhD researcher in Private Law. His expertise covers a wide range of legal practices, including arbitration, legislative drafting, and the development of executive and regulatory bylaws, administrative decisions, and corporate governance structures. He is also highly skilled in establishing companies and structuring public-private partnership programs. Mr. Muqaibal has participated in numerous training workshops and conferences both in Oman and abroad. He is a certified arbitrator recognized by the Omani courts and the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre, and an accredited member of the International Academy for Mediation and Arbitration. He also holds several specialized and advanced professional certifications in international commercial law, procurement, tenders, and contracts from the British Academy for Training and Development and other leading academic institutions.
