Law (Violation – Error)
A violation of the law, an error in its application, or a misinterpretation of its provisions are all considered forms of a single concept: error in the application of the law.
What is meant by "violation of the law" is either the denial of the existence of a valid legal rule or the affirmation of a legal rule that does not exist. The term “law” refers to both written legislation enacted by the legislative authority and regulations issued by the executive or administrative authorities.
