Judicial Receivership – Conditions
Judicial receivership refers to placing disputed property in the custody of a neutral party who is entrusted with preserving and managing it, and who must return it—along with any proceeds generated—to the party legally entitled to it. A receivership action may be initiated when there are real estate or movable assets that require management and produce income.
