Omani Courts
Omani courts lack jurisdiction to hear criminal, civil, or administrative cases brought against members of the diplomatic corps, even if they reside within the territory of the Sultanate.

Exception
This exemption is provided under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 1961.
